What First Five Is

First Five is a live video speed-dating app for adults. Verified members join scheduled rounds and meet face to face over live video in short, timed dates. First Five is 18+ only.

Age and Identity Verification

Every member must verify before joining a round. Verification is performed by a third-party identity verification provider. You submit a photo ID and a live selfie to that provider; the provider checks them and returns a pass or fail result to us. We do not receive or store a copy of your ID. We do store the fact that you passed verification and the age confirmation, so we can keep the service adults-only.

Information We Collect

Account information: your email address and phone number, used for sign-in, safety, and our block-by-number feature. Profile information: first name, age, city, who you are interested in meeting, your answers to profile prompts, and profile photos you choose to add. Chat messages between you and a member you have mutually matched with. Basic device and usage information needed to run live rounds and prevent abuse.

Live Video Dates

Video dates are live streams. They are not recorded by us, and they are not stored. The app blocks screenshots and screen recording during dates and chats by design.

Discreet by Design

There is no public profile browsing or searching in First Five. You are visible only to the people in a live round you join, and only while that round is running. We do not import your contacts or connect your social accounts. If you block a phone number, that person is kept out of your rounds and is not told you blocked them.

Safety and Moderation

Reports and blocks you make are stored so our moderation team can review them and act on them. Members who violate our rules may be removed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase records. No payment card details reach us.

Advertising and Sale of Data

First Five contains no advertising and no ad trackers. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing of Information

We share information only with the service providers that make the app work: the identity verification provider (for verification checks), the live video provider (to carry your video streams), and RevenueCat (subscriptions). We may disclose information if required by law.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account and profile at any time from inside the app, or by emailing getfirstfive@gmail.com from your account email address. When an account is deleted, the profile is removed and personal information is deleted, except records we must keep for safety, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Children's Privacy

First Five is strictly for adults 18 and older. Verification checks age against a photo ID. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.
